At Rudy Project, we stand by the performance and quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused product and all original accessories, including hard cases and microfiber bags, into the shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
